Our company was founded more than 35 years ago by Roman and Lenka Veselý and has been continuously expanding in the field of service and sales of piston compressors from renowned global brands ever since. Thanks to many years of experience and expertise, we have built a stable market position and have become a reliable partner for a wide range of customers—from small businesses to large multinational corporations. We pride ourselves on long-term cooperation and a personal approach. We keep spare parts in stock for all compressors we supply, thereby maximizing our flexibility and minimizing the risk of costly downtime due to long delivery times.

Getting Started
In 1991, Roman Veselý founded Kompresory Veselý with the strong support of his wife Lenka. During his first repairs of ČKD compressors, he drew on experience from previous projects as well as from his work abroad in Libya. Soon after, the first key partnerships with Kofola and Mattoni were established. A turning point came with the installation of the first BLITZ high-pressure compressor, which set the course for the company’s further specialization in high-pressure compressed air technologies.
Partnership and Growth
In 1996, the company began collaborating with the Belliss&Morcom brand, for which Kompresory Veselý became the official distributor in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company strengthened its relationships with leading brands such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Ondrášovka. At the same time, it expanded its service capabilities, grew its parts inventory, and built a reputation as a reliable partner in the market. With the expansion of Kofola and Mattoni into foreign markets, the company naturally moved on to implementing its first international projects and expanded its operations beyond the Czech borders. This growth and the globalization of its clients became a key driver for the company’s further development.
A new generation and infrastructure
In 2010, Lukáš Bártl joined the company and gradually became an experienced manager and future successor, taking the lead in international negotiations and strategic projects. To this day, he remains an active member of the service team, which allows him to maintain direct contact with operations and customers in the field.
In 2013, a new headquarters was established in Zalány with a modern, large-capacity warehouse, which improved the availability of spare parts and supported the further development of services both domestically and abroad.
International Expansion and New Challenges
The company is expanding its operations to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, and Bulgaria. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it has weathered the storm thanks to its flexible service and ample inventory. The year 2021 marks the company’s 30th anniversary, underscoring its stability, expertise, and readiness to meet future technological and market challenges.
Further development and new opportunities
In recent years, Kompresory Veselý has formed partnerships with AF Compressors and Mehrer, thereby expanding its product range and market reach. The company is strengthening its service offerings, earning excellent recommendations, and establishing itself as a respected firm with the largest specialized team of its kind in Europe.
