The modernization of the compressor station in Poděbrady was crucial for the client. The existing equipment was no longer able to deliver the required output; frequent breakdowns led to downtime, and operating costs were rising. The goal of the project was therefore not only to increase reliability and efficiency but also to achieve greater sustainability, supported by EU grant programs.

Our collaboration began as early as the tender preparation phase. Together, we defined the project parameters, recommended suitable technology, and provided all the necessary technical documentation. A major challenge was coordinating the demolition and construction work, from installing the new industrial flooring to creating an access opening for bringing in the new equipment.
The implementation itself took place in two steps. First, we dismantled two old SIAD compressors and moved the existing Belliss WH40H3N to another compressor room. We then delivered and installed a new Belliss Morcom WH40 high-pressure compressor with a water-cooled motor, a PLC panel with iConn remote access, three-stage filtration, a freeze-dryer, and a complete cooling system. The project also included the installation of sensors to monitor all temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
