Szentkirályi, Hungary’s largest mineral water producer, was operating a newly installed Belliss & Morcom WH40 high-pressure compressor. After two months of operation, a unique manufacturing defect occurred—a loose screw damaged the motor and subsequently the entire machine. A long production shutdown and millions in losses were looming if the compressor could not be replaced quickly.

Our service teams responded within 15 hours of the fault being reported. Diagnostics confirmed a malfunction that even the manufacturer’s technician had never encountered before. Thanks to our unique inventory, we were able to immediately prepare a replacement compressor and deliver it to the client within five days.
During this time, the new machine was installed and commissioned, and at the same time, the original unit was repaired in the Czech Republic and subsequently returned to service.
