Mattoni Kyselka had long been using older screw compressors with a pressure of 40 bar, which were no longer able to meet current production needs. One of the compressors had to serve as a booster, which caused extreme energy inefficiency and increased operating costs. At the same time, the number of breakdowns was rising, creating a need for professional consultation regarding a suitable solution. The client was looking for a long-term partner who could supply modern technology while also ensuring reliable service.

The collaboration began during the initial consultation phase, when we worked with the client to evaluate modernization options. Based on an operational analysis, we proposed replacing the original equipment with two new Belliss & Morcom WH40 high-pressure compressors.
Our solution included a complete turnkey delivery, ranging from design work through the filtration system, piping, and electrical installation to the commissioning of the equipment. During installation, we focused on minimizing downtime so that production could continue without unnecessary interruptions. Following delivery and commissioning, we also assumed the role of a long-term service partner. This ensured our client that the new compressors would be well-maintained throughout their entire lifecycle.
