Oil-free PET compressor, 15–40 bar
The three-cylinder, water-cooled compressor, mounted on a solid anti-vibration base plate, is equipped with an electric motor with a V-belt drive, an intercooler, an aftercooler, and a high-pressure air receiver. The design, with a minimum of moving parts and no piston rod seals on the third stage, eliminates the need to seal 40 bar pressure, while the single-acting second and third stages with fewer valves ensure higher efficiency and lower energy consumption. Horizontally mounted stages and low speeds (340–755 rpm) extend the service life of the piston rings and ensure reliable long-term operation.
Oil-free compressors, 8 and 10 bar
The AF series of two-stage oil-free low-pressure piston compressors represents an ideal alternative to low-pressure screw compressors. It offers up to 15% higher efficiency at full load and 15–66% better efficiency at partial load compared to oil-free screw models. Thanks to a proven service life of up to 40 years, long service intervals, and the option to refurbish valves, operating costs are lower. The compact design with a minimum of moving parts ensures reliable operation, low energy consumption, and long-term durability.
